(Cited from circular No 157/2015/TT-BTC) Minister of Finance has issued a new circular of fee for visa stamping fee, documents of entry, exit, transit and residence at Vietnam international airports as follows:
I. Objects

Foreigners belong to Vietnam Visa Exemption countries which is based on international treaty, agreement between Vietnam and those countries or principle of win-win co-operation (list of Vietnam Visa Exemption countries)

Foreigners enter Vietnam to travel, work or visit, etc…
II. Fees
1. For those from countries belongs Vietnam Visa Exemption list which is based on international treaty, agreement between Vietnam and those countries, the amendments are as follows:
If within 30 days after the date you exit from Vietnam with visa-free, travelers wishing to continue entry again thus their stamping fee at Vietnam international airports for type 1 month single entry is only $5 instead of $45 as before. (Previous regulations required travelers need at least 30 days to re-entry Vietnam or entry with new application and pay 45$ for stamping fee in case of less than 30 days).
2. Foreigners entering Vietnam for travelling, doing business or visiting relatives are not granted Vietnam visa-free entry. The amendment of Visa stamping fee at Vietnam International Airports is as follows:
+ $25 (Drop by $20 from $45)
+ $50 (Decrease by $45 from $95) for 3 months Multiple Entry Visa
+ $95 - $135 for 3-6 months Multiple Entry Visa remains
III. Period of validity
This circular takes effect on November 23rd 2015 instead of circular
No 66/2009/TT-BTC in 30/3/2009 of Ministry of Finance about regulations on collecting stamping fee and controlling visa at the airports.
